I would like to be able to set User Fields for Projects similar to how its done for Contact Types

Use the Project Types lookup table maintenance screen to allow the Project-Level User Fields labels to be set. Currently that needs to be done in the Results.INI file.

It would be very nice to be able to set what kind of information is able to be placed in each of these userfields too!
I do not have a need for 4 dates and 3 numerical fields
