Emails under Customer - Show "To" and/or "From"
Go to Customer/Emails/create column with To and/or From so we know if we want to go in and look at the email or not.

Avi Salomon AdminAs the ResultsCRM system saves emails as an "activity record" with the body of the email in its notes, and optionally with the email file attached, there is no way for the program to pick out the "to" and "from". Consequently, pending major overhaul of our handling of email, this task is not planned.
